Sheppard Robson interview questions

Standard interview apart from a brief moment alone with the partner prior to interview in a place where no one could hear him, where he essentially started putting me down on my portfolio. I was very confused as to why I was being invited to an interview if they weren’t happy with me portfolio. I later found out other coworkers that this they did frequently to try and get employees to accept lower salaries.

The interview took place via teams with two members of staff due to covid restrictions at the time. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming and overall I got a great first impression of the practice.
