Regular behavioral interview. Next round is a case based interview or they have you submit an example of work you've done (which most people cannot do because of confidentiality), so you have to due the case, which is basically getting free labor from you

Very thorough; spoke with many people across the company, but was very impressed by intelligence and general operational rigor of the group. Process could have moved more quickly but it was generally helpful.
