I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Shook Hardy & Bacon (Boston, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I submitted my resume and received a call back within a day or two regarding my interests, background, and experience. Next was a video conference during which I was asked more specifically questions as to whether I had ever participated in a specific kind of motion, if I knew the local rules of civil procedure, and my comfort level with certain software and document management systems. No offer yet, but this seems to be a group of genuinely good and friendly people, who were having lunch together when I arrived.
