First stage interview with Shopee HR
- basic questions like walk me through your resume, tell me about your Excel & Powerpoint skills, market sizing question
Second stage interview with Hiring Manager from Regional BI & Planning department
- elaborate on experience in previous companies, detailed case study question based on a real project the department has done
- interviewer was quite stern and at times looked uninterested during the interview
- case study question didn't seem well-prepared, like it was thought of on the spot but interviewer expected a response with a good strategy despite giving insufficient info

2 Rounds with behavioral, some technical questions like your experience with SQL and Python, SQL-type questions and a case study with Head of Department, where you have to go through your thought process and things to consider when you do data analysis.

One HR interview and one interview with the hiring manager and your big manager. Lots of hypothetical scenario questions to see how you would react under pressure and to understand your thought process.
