Interview
There are 3-4 rounds. The usual process starts with a writing test. However, as I was transferred from the Management Associate selection pipeline, I skipped this test. Subsequent tests include a phone interview, group product managament case, fit interview with a senior product manager, product management case with potential colleague.
Overall, the entire process was lengthy but fun. The people whom I met were friendly, candid and curious. Also, expect fast replies on interview outcomes, which usually happen on Mon/Tues the following week.

Question 1
Why Shopee? Why (insert role)? Why you? Tell me a time where you (dealt with conflict/lead a team/overcome a tough challenge/convinced a someone or a group)?
There were 2 parts for the first interview. They first went through my resume. Followed by asking about our favourite product. For this section, they asked about metrics that we could use to define success.
1st round HR interview: basic background/what you have done according to your resume 2nd round Team Leader interview: past projects/experience 3rd round Product line leader interview: scenario questions, critical thinking
Had to do an online assessment test, followed by a HR interview via phone. The final interview is with the hiring/department manager.
Very friendly and made me feel comfortable to share my experiences.
