It was fine and just like any other interview process. Be prepared for impromptu questions such as whether you can communicate in mandarin too. employees were all very friendly and patient to answer all enquiries.

How do you think you can contribute to our company?
3 rounds of interviews with business cases. The interview is in a local language but might have some English self introduction required in some screen levels. Questions are not hard but quite relevant to business sector that you are applying to
Lengthy interview process, usually about 4 rounds, takes about a whole month to hear back. Be careful of certain HRs - very two faced and can shortchange you. Company now also turning bad, people are asked to go left and right and people in higher postitions may be more of bootlickers.
