Shortlist interview questions

My interview process went on for a long 2.5 months. They seem unprofessional with the process and had a bad and slow communication. Instead of them leading the process, I had to constantly follow-up with the recruiter for the next updated. The decision making seemed slow and vague. I won't recommend people to spend their time with this company.
