Everyone was really accommodating and amicable. 1. First stage was a phone screen with the Technical Recruiter where we discussed my experience and I learned more about the role. 2. Second stage for me was a 1:1 interview with the Director of Engineering where we discussed my experience and I got to learn about the process at Side. 3. Third stage was a timed take-home assignment using a mockup design and a REST API for the data. Further rounds would have included additional technical/cultural interviews with the Senior and Lead Engineers, the Product Manager, the Director of Engineering, and the CEO. I could not complete the remaining rounds, but it was a great experience overall.
