Interview

I met with Signature Consulting to interview with them for SharePoint Business Analyst and Business Analyst roles. Drove to office and met with recruiter. We reviewed and discussed my resume and my experience in detail. Recruiter asked questions to get a feel for the location and work environment I was looking for.

I was met at the door at the exact time, and taken to a conference room, where I met with the manager and director. The manager was more friendly and laid-back than the director, but both were friendly and it was a conversational, relaxed interview. I asked them questions in return, to see if I would be happy on the team and at the company.
