Very efficient and thorough. I was contacted within two hours of applying and the entire process lasted about two weeks. There was a good mix of different potential colleagues and stakeholders.

It was a video interview with a technical recruiter. I did a video interview over a month ago and promptly sent a thoughtful thank you note after the interview. I still have not heard back. Screams this culture does not care about people and much less following up with interview candidates. Even if offered to continue in the selection process, I would decline for their lack of courtesy and follow up.
