i had applied though some job portal. Then they called me for an interview. The first round was all about personal and technical related things . and second was also same but more of sale and marketing "funda"

In the hiring process,there was no written tests but there was an direct interview in front of the directors which includes both technical as well as personsonal tests.Once th interview is cleared,there is a discussion regarding the appointment & salary.Though the staffs are less,there is good & lively environment.
