Interview Review
I recently interviewed at Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL), and the entire process was conducted in Mandarin. Here’s an overview of the questions and my experience.
First, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself briefly, which was a chance to share my background and work experience. Then, they asked about my proficiency in programming languages, allowing me to highlight my technical skills. They also asked if I was familiar with the software used in their operations, which was helpful for them to gauge how quickly I could adapt to the role.
Besides technical questions, they inquired if I was willing to relocate to Taiwan for training, as this is a common requirement for overseas candidates. Lastly, they asked if I was open to working overtime (OT), given that the company may need employees to stay on during busy periods to complete tasks.
Overall, the interview was smooth and straightforward. The interviewer was friendly, and the questions were direct, helping me gain a clear understanding of their expectations and work culture.
