Video interview, 30 seconds to prepare, 90 seconds to answer, 5 questions altogether. This comes immediately after a rigorous written exercise, which isn’t ideal. And you also have to do it alongside a verbal reasoning test and a abstract reasoning test. All seems quite unnecessary.
