Interview
The interview process started with a numerical judgment test (10 questions in 18 min). Afterward, I was invited to two interviews on the same day (one with a manager, and another with a senior consultant). Both interviews were structured in the same way: first part (behavioral, personal fit) and second part (consulting case study).
Zwei Interviews direkt hintereinander für jeweils 1h.
Musste jeweils eine Präsentation vorbereiten. Eine über eine Marketingstrategie und eine warum man sich für SKP entschieden hat.

Der gesamte Prozess lief sehr einfach und transparent. Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett & man konnte alle Fragen stellen. Cases waren herausfordernd, aber mit Vorbereitung gut machbar. Sehr angenehm war die zeitige Rückmeldung nach dem letzten Interview.
