I participated in the recruitment process twice. On the second occasion, I received thoughtful feedback, which I appreciated and respected. However, the decision seemed strongly influenced by academic backgrounds from a narrow selection of institutions, which felt limiting given the broad range of talent available globally.
While the company maintains a professional and respectful process, I believe there is an opportunity to deepen its commitment to diversity, not only in words but in the practical recognition of varied international experiences and educational paths.
A truly inclusive approach would enrich the team and reflect the diverse world we live in.

Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
