I participated in the recruitment process twice. On the second occasion, I received thoughtful feedback, which I appreciated and respected. However, the decision seemed strongly influenced by academic backgrounds from a narrow selection of institutions, which felt limiting given the broad range of talent available globally. While the company maintains a professional and respectful process, I believe there is an opportunity to deepen its commitment to diversity, not only in words but in the practical recognition of varied international experiences and educational paths. A truly inclusive approach would enrich the team and reflect the diverse world we live in.
