SimplePractice Associate Full Stack Developer interview questions

First interview was with a recruiter, the individual was friendly and asked about background experience. Second interview was with engineering manager and was asking about background and some technical questions. Technical questions were heavily related to the bonus section of the job description and essentially disregarded most of the basic job requirements. Questions were not indicative of performance and are comparable to using an IQ test for screening candidates.
