Sister Cities interview questions

I applied on-line. I received an interview invitation the next day. It was in person interview, after that I got an offer. The whole process took three days. So if you see a hiring post come out within three days, you should apply for it right away.

I found the position on Idealist. I applied by email and was contacted a few days later for a phone interview (because I was abroad, otherwise it would have been in person). The interview was about 30 minutes long and the interviewer was very friendly. A week or two after the interview I was contacted and offered the position.
