Pretty efficient and quick response but can create false hopes as early stages can be passed easily or auto passed. A long application process followed by a timed technical test with recording, followed by live coding round with some technical qna followed by cultural round where they go into detail about your past experience and ask all scenario based questions.

I had two rounds of interview. The first round is 60 mins to spot the bugs in the code while the second round is pair programming. Both rounds went well but did not get the offer as there isn't any suitable roles.
