First of all they conduct a written test about Geotechnical basic concept like void ratio, consolidation, permeability etc which was very easy and then the took personal interview about production of geosynthetics, codal provision, and detail use of different product which was good.

After group discussion, shortlisted students are directly approached for the personal interview which is pure technical and little mix of HR. if you are good at your subject, you will be selected mostly.
