Easy nothing to worry about. Just ask about previous experience and why you would like to do a season. There is also a small test that you have to do but it's very simple and easy.
I applied via email, to the recruitment team directly and was later offered an interview at their head office. Two people interview me and it lasted approximately 30 minutes, a couple of weeks later I was emailed and offered the place. The process was very efficient.
