Referred internally. Got the initial 30 min interview. The next step was to have a take-home test/project. Overall positive experience. They were looking for someone with min 2 years experience. They thought I didn't have enough experience so I couldn't get to the next stage.

Question 1
Team decided last minute to switch the format of the interview to purposely catch people unprepared. Very unprofessional and deceitful made me somewhat worried when I found out this was not a mistake.
The Senior developer asked me mainly unrelated React questions, such as, 'can you explain inversion of control'. An Unfriendly and unsettling experience. The senior developer had no character and was unfriendly.
