Sky Software Developer Graduate Program interview questions

Applied for 2020 entry and made it to online assessment centre but was told in the feedback that I didn't participate enough in the first parts, which were the parts that my partner had internet connection issues so I was left working on my own. It was also implied a few times they were trying to increase women in technology, so I was already at a disadvantage. Tried to apply again for 2021 entry but didn't make it past the first stage this time, even though all the questions were the same. Obviously each application is individually reviewed, and after seeing that I had already applied previously they didn't want to bother again. From my experience, it seems employers at Sky have now become sexist when choosing candidates under the excuse of 'Women in Technology'.
