Super long - doesn’t really make sense. Recruiting screen, hiring manager, take home exercise (seems like a project you’d do if employed there), present project to team, one more hiring manager connect, and then C level. No thanks!

They reach out to me via LinkedIn and were willing to arrange interview quickly. After 2nd interview, I clearly understood that the company is not good for my future. I am not convinced that hiring manager is a right guy to manage the team. Technical questions were too basic. I could not understand how they claim to be one of the best in market.
