Skyrocket Education interview questions

Phone screening was straightforward, but left me in confused radio-silence after the fact. The recruiter mentioned multiple times how much she liked my background and made it clear that she would be sending my resume to her boss. I asked towards the end of the call when I should expect to hear back and got a vague, "I don't know" which honestly should've been my cue to withdraw. After 2 weeks I got a cold and impersonal robo-email at 1 am from an email address separate from the one I used to talk with the recruiter, saying how the position had been filled. There was no communication in between this time. I forgot I even applied to this job at all. There was only a job title and req number in the subject line, but otherwise no indicator of what they were even talking about. Didn't even mention the company name, just signed off -The Recruiting Team For a place that's supposed to value empathy and kindness, there's just bad vibes everywhere.
