Smart-Cover Insurance Services interview questions

The member of staff who had invited me to interview at short notice, and who was supposed to interview me, did not show up and no explanation for this was offered. Another member of staff had to stand in. I was advised of the date I would be informed of the outcome of the interview, however I was never contacted again.
