Smart Vision Lights interview questions

I had coffee with him and one of the founders later that week, then they brought me in for an onsite the next day which was 2 1-hour interviews. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it. The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
