SmarterTools interview questions

Pretty easy going, but serious at the same time. The owner likes to sit there and look you over to get a feel for you. You can tell the questions they ask are aimed at eliciting an honest real-world answer from you. They know how to weed them out here! Interview consisted of an initial phone interview, then a joint interview between management components, and finally a panel interview with support to see how well the fit was.

Normal interview questions. Just graduated and was hired along with some friends. Not expected to know everything. Expected to be able to learn. They can to our school first and then we interviewed after they got our resume. They hired several of us and asked us about each other. I do not think this was a normal interview experience. They were hiring a few developers for a new project.
