Fairly straightforward. The manager and I talked about availability, past experience, what jobs I was open to doing, etc. We also discussed where my last jobs were and what sort of food the establishments served (like was the restraunt a seafood place, bar and grill, deli and/or pub, Mexican, bbq, etc)
