Question: What interests you about working at Snipfeed, and how do you see yourself contributing to our platform?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snipfeed in Apr 2023
Interview
They have 3 rounds of interviews; the 2nd round is for a case study, where they give me the dataset to analyze and make business recommendations. After that, they just ghosted me after saying something like "We have not yet decided." Whether they want to recruit me or not, I deserve a professional response and feedback for all the effort and time I've put into fulfilling the recruitment process. Personally, I feel like they want to take advantage of candidates looking for jobs or internships to do free work for them and then get lost.
Funny how they call themselves an innovative startup.. this is absolutely disrespectful and no professional.
Red flag!!
