Very odd. Was a group interview, didn't seem to have much direction, but I got the job. Interviews are different now. They asked some general questions about good and bad customer experiences I've had and remembered, how I'd handle a variety of situations, and so on.

Great Interview process. The team was friendly and informative. It started with a screening call and then moved to the manager/VP level. The company and culture were great but my experience was lacking, so I was not moved forward.
