A lousy process. The HR and Exe Director don't know want they want. The salary package promised could not delivery and didn't even provide an alternative option or for further discussion. Rather pay a freelance commission at a miserable rate.

Interview

The process only constituted a fit interview. It was a pleasant chat with an assistant director and manager. Mostly, I had many questions on their current projects, so the interview was a conversation on their current projects, the relation of my past experiences and current skillsets to their projects.
