The interview was relaxed and focused on my background and my desire to perform diligently with close attention to detail. The company management showed due diligence by ensuring that all employees meet strict guidelines.

Interview

The interview process was very friendly and very laid-back, but that is not the culture of the company. Many of the questions focused on integrity and also your knowledge of computers and software.

The interview process was short and sweet. Essentially, Farmers Insurance offers you a product to sell, but then it is up to you to get leads and build your own agency. I really don't want to go through the process that it would take to get up and running, and then making any money immediately.
