Hi! Thanks for taking the time to be very honest with us about your experience. We agree that it was not the way we would want it to be and it's definitely not our usual way of doing things. We have a saying at SoftServe that mostly we win, but sometimes we mess up. In this case it seems that something went wrong with the process and we were not able to meet your expectations.
