I found the process disrespectful of my time and energy. I did not apply but was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screen. They then sent me a take-home coding assignment, which I completed above and beyond the requirements. This represented a significant expenditure of time and energy on my behalf without equal investment of their time, something I've seen with early stage startups (understandably) but not with such an established growth-stage company like this. I was sent an auto-rejection email from Ashby without any feedback whatsoever. Don't waste your time!
