Solarcraft interview questions

Interviewed with hiring manager, owner/president, sales team & controller. Was asked many situational questions, as well as mechanical aptitude questions. Also, the owner/president will base much of his opinion about you, on what/how you score on the personality assessment test.

Interviewed every day with owner and then sales manager. Most interviews were general conversations about situations and how I would handle them. Discussed directional goals for the sales team and the company as a whole.
