Brief phone screen, and weeks later asked to come back for interview. Was supposed to interview with both manager and director, but director was too busy on phone. Waited awhile for the director to get off phone, but could not wait any longer. Was introduced to other PSR's, and they came off as rude/uninterested/stressed. Very busy center, with upset patients waiting.
