Video interview with 5 interviewers including HR, operations, safety and management. Lasted just under 1 hour. Situation and reaction questions. Got a phone call back within a week with their decision.

What the biggest obstacle you face when working on a team?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Solvay in Jan 2020
Interview
Had 15-20 minute phone screen. Then went in for a face to face interview the following week. Dealt with several people in different office locations throughout the interview and hiring process and it never seemed as though everyone was on the same page.

Interview
Interview was somewhat laid back, although structured. Everyone in the area is very friendly and helpful, and everyone seems to love working for Solvay. It is a very interesting and reputable company, I can see why.
