The process of applying for this position was very similar to the other individuals who have posted here. In short, I applied via LinkedIn and eventually received an e-mail from an Operations Specialist with a series of follow-up questions. The key question was whether I was willing to participate in the 90 minute writing test. After confirming this, I was given a time and date when the test would take place. The test is exactly as others have described it: a lengthy series of exercises that essentially ask you to re-write a conversational dialogue script and distill two technical excerpts of information for very different audiences. The method for conducting this assessment is definitely questionable. In the interest of full transparency, I did not complete the assessment and did not hear back from them after submitting it. The e-mail I received prior to taking the test explicitly said that they'd reach out "after your test has been reviewed if we decide to move forward." I personally didn't get the best impression from them openly warning me that if they didn't want to proceed, there would be no follow-up communication of any kind.
