SonoSim interview questions

First interview with Project Manager Second Interview onsite with the team & whiteboard challenge People working there seemed nice. However on the whiteboard challenge they wanted to create/redesign their own website platform, which is a free design work to them. It felt like they wanted to steal candidate’s ideas. Also they called multiple candidates on the same day for the interview but didn’t care enough to hide the other candidate’s resume so that the actual candidates could see each other’s resume and information. I still think that they wanted some ideas to change their platform flow, and that’s why they called the candidates onsite.
