Bewerbung abgeschickt, zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch (online) eingeladen, zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch vor Ort eingeladen (fünf Gespräche: mit dem Vorgesetzten, mit seinem Chef, mit zwei anderen Vorgesetzten, mit dem Team (ohne Vorgesetzten) und schliesslich mit einem Mitarbeiter der Personalabteilung). Nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich ein Angebot, mit zwei Tagen Zeit, um es anzunehmen oder abzulehnen (ich hatte um eine Woche gebeten).

They care more about how you'll fit in than with your actual knowledge and skillset so the majority of the questions and inquistions are about that.
Pay attention to the majority of the negative reviews. The people and environment are exactly what the reviews say.
Theres a reason why there's such a high job turnover rate and most everyone has a substantial negative exerience.
Favoritism does run high (hence why they ask questions on how you'll fit in-if they like you).
Its only the manager's way or no way; so if you have a voice, suggestion, or opinion, the job probably won't be right for you.
However, it will be the perfect fit for you if you like being a "Yes Man", like to be belittled, and a kiss-up.
