Sorenson Media interview questions

3 hour interview did not feel like it went on that long. Relaxed and informal I did not feel like I was in an interview. Talked through my CV was asked questions throughout but never felt interrupted or being questioned was a natural 2 way conversation about my past careers evolving into more detailed questions about my experience. Approach to various situations and technologies I had used. This was followed by a whiteboard exercise 20 mins of looking at a description of a system then talking through how I would test it, this was again a 2 way conversation with the interviewer expanding on points I made giving there own view on items and even coaching on the Sorenson process.

I applied through a staffing company and got a call from 4 different recruiters at Sorenson about doing a initial phone interview at a later date. The recruiter ended up not calling me during our time. I sent a follow up email about them missing our meeting and got a reply back saying that a meeting had ran long and they would need to reschedule. Things happen, no harm no foul. Our next attempt resulted in then calling me 15 minutes late saying that another meeting had ran late, which I doubt because this call was scheduled at 8:30AM. The interview consisted of about 10 questions which took all of 10 minutes to answer. I followed up a week later and got nothing but silence .
