The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SourceOne (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a fairly relaxed interview conducted by the hiring manager. The questions were honest, and in turn they required honest answers. They didn't want traditional interview answers. They also told me about the open position and confirmed that it was something I would be interested in.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SourceOne (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
They were very relaxed and asked a few questions about my resume and asked about my experience. It was a group interview with high up employees leading the interview. Not too many behavioral questions were asked. I recommend applying there if you're into an consulting energy company in New York. Great employees and office atmosphere.
