Phone screen: was overall good. In-person with HR and director: interesting way of conducting an interview. I've never had HR in the room during an interview, which is a red flag. Considering that the director is VERY young and seemed immature at times. The director also did not know basic things about the company. Before I was called back for the interview I wanted to leave because of the working environment (open and ZERO privacy; worse than cubicles) and some of the language and communication styles I heard. However, I decided to stay since it would've been a bigger waste of time to leave prior to being interviewed. A couple of the questions I asked the director he didn't understand what I was asking, which again is a red flag because I asked common basic questions. Overall, I could tell that I would not enjoy working here or with the people.
