Met a company representative at a career fair. First round behavioral interview. After that, interview with individual teams such as technology, operations, power delivery. They ask mostly the same questions in both interviews and no technical questions.
They only have a final round interview, and they basically ask only behavioral questions in a panel interview through WebEx. The process was simple and easy; it takes a few days to get a hearing back.
