Interview
Very easy questions, not much pressure on the interviewee and very easy communication with the Interviewer. The Interviewer is also a Vice President of the company. He was very easy to talk too, and made that you were actually talking to a friend.

Question 1
Primarily all job related. There were times when Interviewer made small talk to ease my nervousness. I truly appreciated this fact.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Southern Services (Clute, TX)
Interview
Relaxed. Be prepared to bring all documentation of work experience, training certificates,, and a positive attitude. These guys make the interview process a relaxed situation, but they want to see what you have to contribute. Be prepared to take certification exams to justify any documented level training you bring. I don't view this as a bad thing because it brings credit to this company.

Question 1
The most difficult question was 'What is my favorite discipline?' This isn't a hard question, but I was nervous that my answer may end up restricting me to practicing a more narrow skill set after employment.........this didn't happen.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Southern Services (Clute, TX)
Interview
Relaxed interview process. Be expecting to need to provide all credentials in the interview process. They ask for the documented experience, proof of formal theory training, and copies of certifications held with current or last employer. Be prepared to hear that you'll be taking certification exams. They'll arrange that with you during the interview. If you ask them, they will let you take care of some of this on the same day as your interview.

What discipline do I like the most? Not difficult question, but questions like this sometimes give me the feel I'm already being categorized or envisioned for a particular role.
