They first will review and discuss your resume as a way to learn more about you. They will then show you the shop where they build everything and then the office where you would be working. Lastly they do the interview part with a few other engineers. They were very chill and easy to talk to and not intimidating. They asked simple questions to get you into a conversation about something often unrelated to the job just to see how you hold a conversation.
