Southwestern Eye Center interview questions

Was given a 2 page test to determine previous knowledge. Once completed, I talked with the manager and 2 other techs in the manager's room. Interview took around 15 -20 minutes.

I was screened initially by a recruiter and brought in for an interview. I met with the director who was on his way out with the company. The department was consolidating with another company and all the employees and management were changing. We discussed my resume and qualifications. Later, the recruiter said they decided to internally hire instead.
