The interview process was straightforward and very pleasant. It was a 45-minute interview with five committee members. Everyone was very professional and very pleasant, and I love how they got back to me to let me know that I did not get the job. They did not leave me hanging, which I appreciate. It was a very pleasant "We went went another candidate" letter, which actually felt encouraging to me due to how pleasantly it was written.
