Spanky's Restaurant interview questions

Interview process was easy- getting the job is a no brainer. You do have to take a menu test though after the first week of training. The test isn’t hard and if you study the menu prior you will be fine. Upper management is helpful in preparing you and helping you out throughout the onboarding.

The whole process took less than 48 hours. I applied in person, which included some questions at the end of the application. I was called and an interview was set up for the next morning. I was interviewed in the downstairs dining area. Two-Part interview which took two hours. I was offered the job on the spot for minimum wage. They asked about work history and some pre-written answers on the application.
