Received a short phone call discussing details of the job and asked if I was still interested, followed by an in person tour of the warehouse and small interview with only a few questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sparkle In Pink (Draper, UT) in Jan 2020
Interview
It was pretty regular except that it seemed like they didn't look at my portfolio or Resume. They asked if how familiar I was with the requirements for the job. And were absolutely surprised when I said I've been in the industry for about 10 years. Very unprofessional. Also REEEEAAAALLLLLYYY Basic company. Bare minimum equipment wise etc. I honestly thought that the interview was going to be a waste of time after the phone interview. And I was RIGHT! I was not hurt at all that I didn't get an offer. I felt I was WAY overqualified and that they misrepresented what the job was. (it was being an iphone photo taker) *face palm*
